January 2014 - 15 February 2014 So, the new year arrived and I was still pretty much in my clean eating - binging - restricting - calorie deficit - binging CYCLE. I started counting macros with the help and guidance of friend I met on Instagram, someone I admired & looked up to. She led me to the path of IIFYM and counting what you consume. So I got MyFitnessPal and started counting what I ate every now and then.
I didn't take progress pictures as each week went worse than the previous one. I was still attempting (and succeeding) to drop the post six-pack binge-pesode and just weighed myself now and again. I did not weigh myself after I regained weight after being super lean for most of 2013. Note that during January up until end April - beginning May, I was doing CrossFit 5 days a week in the AM as well as weight training body-building style 5 days a week in the PM (way to burn off all those bad shit I had more often than not). Some days my nutrition was on point, other days/weeks I was in a calorie deficit, then sometimes in a great calorie surplus. Consistency was definitely not my friend. Mind you, I was still recovering from my eating disorders! My weigh-ins during this these times in which I didn't measure progress:
