I probably hit my targets 3-4 times.. my workouts are feeling much better (thanks to no longer undereating & training more consistently, even though it's only 2-3 times per week). I've definitely gained some bodyfat during the process (evident on my hips, as usual) which is fine because my goal isn't fatloss
