Chicken, Mayo & Sweetcorn wrap

RECIPE:                Makes 1 big wrap

INGREDIENTS:
♡ 1 Large Wrap (65g)
♡Chicken Breast (100g)
♡ Lettuce (30g)
♡ Tomato (58g)
♡ White Onion (82g)
♡ Fat Reduced Feta (21g)
♡ Canned Sweetcorn (60g)
♡ Low Oil Dressing (20g)
♡ Olive Oil (2.5ml)
♡ Tomato Sauce (15g)
♡ Brown Onion Soup (8g)
♡ Salt & Pepper
♡ Cayenne

METHOD:
♡ Cut the chicken into strips
♡ Pan fry the chicken & white onion in the olive oil
♡ Add salt, pepper, cayenne & brown onion soup powder
♡ Add in the tomato sauce
♡ Heat up the wrap
♡ Prepare the other ingredients (cut tomatoes etc.)
♡ Place the rest of the ingredients on top of the wrap
♡ Add in the chicken stirfry
♡ Fold the wrap & enjoy
