Finally increased a bit (protein & carbs) even though I didn't consistently hit my numbers this week. Most probably 3/7 times 😬 My strength is going up (too slow for my liking 😂) and my workouts feel better overall

I'm keeping my intake the same this week because I had a few days where I went over quite a bit, but I came pretty close to my targets most days. I'll track more diligently this week

My weight has been fluctuating between 61-63.8 kilograms this week, I also have not been hitting my numbers diligently, either far over or under. Still making a massive jump on fats though since I'm going over it more frequently the last week or two. I've only increased carbs by 5g
