2 ingredient pancake:
INGREDIENTS:
♡ 3 Egg whites (96g)
♡ 2 Medium-Big bananas (220g)
♡ Cinnamon (0.3 tsp)
♡ Optional- 50% fat Butter (6g)
METHOD:
♡ Mash the bananas (I microwaved mine first to soften it up)
♡ Add in the egg whites & mix
♡ Add in the cinnamon and mix again
♡ Heat up the butter if you wish to fry it there in, or use oil, spray & cook or just a non-stick pan
♡ Fry it on both sides until brown
I topped mine with lots of syrup, so use any topping you like.
