INGREDIENTS:
♡45g Raw Oatmeal
♡8g Honey
♡10g Peanut Butter
♡10g Chocolate Whey Powder
♡5g Cocoa
♡10g Unsweetened Desiccated Coconut (optional)

METHOD:
♡Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl
♡Scoop the batter out on a sheet of parchment paper or a flat tray
♡Shape the batter into a rectangle using the parchment paper or your hands (it is very sticky)
♡Freeze for about 1 hour or eat  after the shaping

Feel free to omit the coconut, it's just an extra.
