INGREDIENTS: ♡ 1 Large potato (193g) ♡ Chopped, packaged garlic (5g) ♡ Half a white Onion (53g) ♡ Olive Oil (8ml) ♡ Salt & Pepper ♡ White grape vinegar (15ml)
METHOD: ♡ Cut the potato in blocks and microwave for about 10-15 minutes until it is soft ♡ Pan fry the white onion in the olive oil ♡ Add in the garlic and potato and salt and pepper ♡ Serve it and top it with some vinegar
