Between Clean Eating, If it fits your macros, Intermittent fasting, Paleo, Banting, Keto, Atkins, Raw, gluten free.. which one is the best diet to follow? There are lots of different diets and different methods to eating out there, none of them are useful if you cannot stick to it.
Find a diet that works for you, a diet you can see yourself following for the next year or 10, a diet that fits into your lifestyle, a diet you enjoy and a diet where you don't feel deprived. What's the use of following a diet for a month or 3 and when you stop, you regain all the weight. Choose something you prefer, not something that's mainstream.
