This is my journey to finding balance between my love for good food and my passion for fitness.
My aspirations to achieve the “perfect body”, led me to develop several eating disorders. I suffered from Anorexia Nervosa (Binge eating/Purging type), Bulimia Nervosa (both Purging/Non-Purging type), Orthorexia and finally Binge Eating disorder. Besides all the eating disorders, I also suffered from Body Dysmorphic Disorder.
Today, I am ecstatic to announce that my road to recovery led to fully returning to a state of mental & physical health, strength and happiness. I walked this road without support or awareness of my loved ones but I am finally ready to reveal my story to the world.
I decided to start a website as a personal diary FOR MYSELF as a medium to channel my emotions as well as holding myself accountable. Bigger reasons I decided to make this website: to showcase what I've been through and to help others struggling with the battles I already fought and won! Support makes all the difference.
