METHOD: ♡ Mash the bananas (I microwaved mine first to soften it up) ♡ Add in the egg whites & mix ♡ Add in the cinnamon and mix again ♡ Heat up the butter if you wish to fry it there in, or use oil, spray & cook or just a non-stick pan ♡ Fry it on both sides until brown
I topped mine with lots of syrup, so use any topping you like.
