INGREDIENTS: ♡30g Chocolate Whey protein ♡10g Clear Gelatine ♡350ml Water in total
METHOD: ♡Boil water & pour it into a bowl/mold. ♡Sprinkle the gelatine over the water. ♡Stir until dissolved. ♡Add the protein to a shaker and mix with water. ♡Add the shake to the gelatine mix. ♡Mix thoroughly and refrigerate until set.
Note: Use a good quality protein as to make it even higher protein with next to nothing carbs & fats (mine has quite some fats & carbs). Adjust the water to suit your preference.
