Weight: 62.82 kg (lost 0.2 kg) - Mistake on the image
Calories: 2385 Protein: 120 g Carbs: 285 g Fats: 85 g Workouts per week: 3 My weight has been fluctuating between 61-63.8 kilograms this week, I also have not been hitting my numbers diligently, either far over or under. Still making a massive jump on fats though since I'm going over it more frequently the last week or two. I've only increased carbs by 5g
