Calories: 2425 Protein: 125 g Carbs: 290 g Fats: 85 g Workouts per week: 3 Finally increased a bit (protein & carbs) even though I didn't consistently hit my numbers this week. Most probably 3/7 times 😬 My strength is going up (too slow for my liking 😂) and my workouts feel better overall
