My macros for this week ahead: Calories- 1952 Protein- 115 g Carbs- 220 g Fats- 68 g I'm somewhat aggressively increasing my protein, simply because it's always been one of the hardest ones for me to hit. My protein intake is extremely low when I'm not tracking (around 40g) and I'd like to increase protein to an optimal level so that I can focus on body recompositioning Just ever so slightly increasing carbs and fats
