Calories: 2488 Protein: 126 g Carbs: 305 g Fats: 87 g Workouts per week: 3 Even though it's a real damn struggle to hit my protein target, I've increased it with a gram. I also upped carbs by 5g and fats by 1g. My workouts are feeling better despite the lack of proper sleep 😫

Calories: 2454 Protein: 125 g Carbs: 300 g Fats: 86 g Workouts per week: 3 I probably hit my targets 3-4 times.. my workouts are feeling much better (thanks to no longer undereating & training more consistently, even though it's only 2-3 times per week). I've definitely gained some bodyfat during the process (evident on my hips, as usual) which is fine because my goal isn't fatloss |
